GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Criminal Justice
Domestic Violence; redefines term "domestic violence"; requires that if person is ordered by court to attend a batterers' intervention program, the program must be certified by DOC; provides exception under certain circumstances; authorizes chief judge of each judicial circuit to establish court to hear cases against violent career criminals, habitual felony offenders, habitual violent felony offenders, & prison releasee reoffenders. Amends 741.28,.281,.2909, 775.084.
