Physician Assistant Certification; provides for licensure of rather than certification of physician assistants; prescribes qualifications for licensure & revises provisions governing examinations; revises provisions re delegation of prescriptive authority to physician assistant & requiring certain notice of any change in prescriptive privileges; conforms other statutory provisions. Amends Chs. 39, 154, 232, 240, 395, 458, 459, 627, 766, 984, 985.
