HB 4513: Outcome-Based Accountability Act
GENERAL BILL by Posey ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Peaden ; Wallace
Outcome-Based Accountability Act; creates "Outcome-Based Unit-Cost Accountability Act"; requires each state agency to submit with its final legislative budget or program request a summary of all moneys that were spent by or otherwise passed through agency during preceding fiscal year; provides requirements for such summary; provides for reduction in funding for failure to submit such summary or submission of summary that does not meet established requirements.
