GENERAL BILL by Education Innovation ; Melvin ; Wallace
State Universities/Professorships; establishes industrial partnership professorships as classification of instructional personnel within State University System; provides that such professorships shall be established by contract; specifies length of term for such contract; provides credit against corporate income tax for contributions made by corporation sponsoring such professorship, etc. Creates 240.6065, 220.19; amends 220.02.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
