Deerfield Beach & Pompano Beach; (Broward Co.) extends & enlarges corporate limits of such cities to include specific unincorporated lands within corporate limits of said cities; provides for transfer of public roads & rights-of-way, & responsibilities thereof; provides exceptions; provides applicability re Broward County Work Release Facility; prohibits modification of land use designation & zoning regulations under certain circumstances; provides for referendum.
