Insurance/Continuing Education; requires continuing education course providers & related personnel to be approved by DOI; provides for adoption of rules re continuing education; authorizes DOI to impose administrative penalty on continuing education course providers & related personnel under certain circumstances, etc. Creates 626.2816; amends 626.601,.681, 627.7295.
