Timber Management; requires Forestry Div. of Agric. & Consumer Services Dept. to assess feasibility of managing timber in land management plans; provides for reimbursement of management services performed by division; requires Land Acquisition & Management Advisory Council to consider timber management as feasible multiple-use strategy, etc. Amends 253.034, 259.035, 373.591.
