GENERAL BILL by Rules and Calendar ; McKay ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Dudley ; Rossin ; Ostalkiewicz ; Lee ; Campbell

Civil Actions; provides for instructions to juries after jury is sworn in; provides for taking notes under certain circumstances; requires that court require mediation in certain actions for monetary damages; provides that certain venue provisions in contract for improvement to real property are void; imposes 12-year statute of repose on actions for product liability, with certain exceptions, etc. Amends FS.
