Barbering & Cosmetology; revises provisions re examination for licensure as barber; repeals provision re time, place, & subjects of examination; revises requirements for licensure to practice barbering; provides requirements for hair braiding & hair wrapping outside cosmetology salon or specialty salon; revises provisions re applicants for licensure by examination; authorizes Cosmetology Board to adopt rules for mobile cosmetology salons, etc. Amends Chs. 476, 477.
