Pediatric Trauma Centers; provides legislative recognition of pediatric trauma referral centers & intent re factors to be considered in devising planning guidelines; prescribes number & types of patients to be treated at pediatric trauma referral centers; provides for selection of state-approved trauma centers & pediatric trauma referral centers; requires formation of task force on pediatric trauma, etc. Amends 395.402,.4025.
