GENERAL BILL by Jacobs ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Levine
Epidural Anesthesia; requires health insurance policies & health maintenance organization contracts that cover maternity care to cover administration of epidural anesthesia during labor & delivery; prohibits restricting or refusing access to such procedure, except when medically contraindicated; prohibits requiring patient's advance notice or special consent to such procedure. Amends 627.6406,.6574, 641.31.
