DUI Offenses; provides exception to 1-year maximum limitation upon period of probation & incarceration imposed for first conviction; permits extension of probationary period for up to 4 additional years when defendant has not completed restitution payments, etc. Amends 316.193; reenacts provisions from Chs. 316, 318, 322, 938.
