Small County Road Assistance Program; creates said program within DOT; provides definition; provides for county eligibility; provides for project prioritization criteria; authorizes DOT to administer program contracts on behalf of counties; requires that program projects be included in DOT's work program; authorizes expenditure of State Transportation Trust Fund moneys for said program. Creates 339.2816; amends 339.08.
