CS/HB 121: Three-Strike Violent Felony Offender

GENERAL BILL by Corrections ; Crist ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano ; Byrd ; Ball ; Posey ; Spratt ; Harrington ; Constantine ; Dockery ; Murman ; Sanderson ; Putnam ; Casey ; Sorensen ; Johnson ; Wallace ; Valdes

Three-Strike Violent Felony Offender; creates "Three-Strike Violent Felony Offender Act"; revises alternative time periods within which certain offenders could have committed felony to be sentenced; provides that placing of person on probation without adjudication of guilt shall be treated as prior conviction regardless of when subsequent offense was committed; provides mandatory minimum prison terms & mandatory fine amounts for trafficking in certain drugs, etc. Amends FS.
