GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Transportation ; Sebesta ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bronson ; KURTH

Space Transportation Planning Act; exempts certain spaceports from provision of law re approval of airport sites & licensing of airports; revises boundaries of spaceport territory; provides for Spaceport Facility Loan Guarantee Program; authorizes fixed guideway transportation system operating within DOT's right-of-way to operate at any safe speed; creates Commission on the Future of Aeronautics & Space in Florida, etc. Amends FS.
