GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Sebesta

Expert Witnesses/Medical Negligence; provides requirements for expert witness testimony in actions based on medical negligence; requires claimants to provide list of treating physicians; provides for presuit unsworn statements after service of complaint upon defendant physician; provides for effect of offer to submit to voluntary binding arbitration re allegations contained in claimant's notice of intent letter, etc. Amends 766.102,.106,.207, 455.667.
