CS/SB 1348: Medicine/Adverse Incidents
GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Campbell
Medicine/Adverse Incidents; requires that physician, osteopathic physician or person licensed under certain provisions, notifies Health Dept. of any adverse incident occurring in setting that is not licensed; requires that dept. review such incidents; defines term "adverse incident"; authorizes Board of Medicine & Board of Osteopathic Medicine to adopt rules, etc. Creates 458.351, 459.026; amends 458.331,.309.
