Lake Apopka Natural Gas District; (Orange & Lake Counties) codifies district's charter as amended; provides for codified charter consolidating all special acts pertaining to said district into single act & re-creation of district for specific purposes; authorizes counties, municipalities, & districts to enter into franchise agreements with district; authorizes district to issue & sell revenue bonds payable solely from revenues of its gas system or systems, etc.
