Public Records/EMTs/Paramedics; exempts records made or received by Health Dept. or emergency medical services licensees re allegations of impairment by EMTs or paramedics, identifying information about students in EMT or paramedic education programs, emergency medical services licensees against which complaints have been filed, & patients transported or treated by emergency medical services licensees from public records requirements, etc.
