Urban Infill & Redevelopment Act; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1078,1438) creates said act; authorizes counties & municipalities to designate urban infill & redevelopment areas based on specified criteria; authorizes exemptions from transportation facilities concurrency requirement for developments located in urban infill & redevelopment area; includes policies re urban policy in State Comprehensive Plan, etc. Creates 163.2511-.2526; amends 163.3180,.3187, 187.201. APPROPRIATION: $10,000,000.
