GENERAL BILL by Brown

Professions/Businesses/Occupations; provides criteria for evaluating proposals for new regulation of profession or occupation based on effect of such regulation on job creation or retention; prohibits wholesale dealers from shipping or accepting delivery of cigarettes from outside state other than directly from primary source of supply; revises requirements re eligibility of certain foreign-licensed physicians to take & pass standardized examinations, etc. Amends FS.
