GENERAL BILL by Minton
Teenage Driver Education & Licenses; prohibits certain drivers from transporting more than one passenger who is younger than 18 years of age unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian; conforms language; provides additional requirements re issuance of driver's license. Amends 322.16,.05.
