GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Saunders
Sentencing; amends OSRC to rank offense of knowingly transmitting or disseminating by computer any notice or ad for purpose of facilitating, encouraging, offering or soliciting sexual conduct of or with minor or visually depicting such conduct; provides additional aggravating circumstance for sentencing purpose that capital felony was committed while defendant was violating injunction for protection against domestic violence or repeat violence, etc. Amends FS.
