GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Campbell
Judicial Proceedings/Foreclosure; provides that personal service on party outside United States may be made by publication in certain foreclosure proceedings; provides that in mortgage foreclosure proceedings guardian ad litem need not be appointed unless it appears in public records or plaintiff otherwise knows that defendant is deceased or incompetent or that interest of minors or heirs are involved, etc. Amends 48.194, 49.021, 687.06, 702.01.
