HB 1521: Crime Stoppers Trust Fund
GENERAL BILL by Spratt
Crime Stoppers Trust Fund; requires each board of county commissioners to create said trust fund; specifies purposes for which moneys in trust funds may be expended; provides for distributing moneys in trust fund to sheriff or other entity that operates Crime Stoppers program within county & for board of county commissioners to expend funds if such program is not operated within county, etc. Creates 932.80; amends 938.06; repeals 16.555.
Effective Date: 07/01/1999 if enacted by 3/5ths vote of membership of each house of Legislature
