CS/HB 1533: Communications Security
GENERAL BILL by Utilities & Communications ; Law Enforcement & Crime Prevention ; Futch
Communications Security; prohibits intentional disclosure of certain authorized interceptions of certain communications; authorizes certain providers to intercept "electronic" communications for quality control purposes; removes prostitution from offenses which may be investigated using court-ordered intercepts; provides for installation of emergency pen register & trap & trace devices & provides compensation, etc. Amends Ch. 934.
