CS/SB 1572: Rural Infrastructure Fund
GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Kirkpatrick
Rural Infrastructure Fund; creates said fund within Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office; provides for specified annual deposit into Economic Development TF in support of said fund; prescribes purpose & uses of said fund; directs office to develop guidelines re administration of grants under said fund; specifies that certain debts re said fund shall not constitute general obligation of state, etc. Creates 288.0655; amends 320.20.
Effective Date: 07/01/1999 if enacted by 3/5ths vote of membership of each house of Legislature
