GENERAL BILL by Meek
Health Care; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S834,1140,1612) requires AHCA to petition court to appoint receiver for nursing home facility prior to delicensure or decertification; requires AHCA to adopt rules providing minimum staffing requirements for certified nursing assistants in said facilities; prohibits health care entities from taking retaliatory action against any person who discloses unlawful acts of entity or its employees, etc. Amends FS.
