GENERAL BILL by Detert
Domestic Violence/Mediation; provides that court may not refer case involving domestic violence to mediation except under specified conditions; provides legislative intent; requires court to assess whether domestic violence is present among parties; provides factors that court may consider in such assessment; conforms provisions. Creates 44.1021; amends 44.102,.201.
