Corporations/Dissolution of; revises criteria for dissolution of corporation in proceeding brought by Legal Affairs Dept.; provides for dissolution in proceeding brought by any state agency; includes as criteria for such dissolution that corporation has been voluntarily or administratively dissolved for specified period. Amends 607.1430.
