GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Meek
Merchants/Customer Privacy/Videos; prohibits merchants from directly observing or using video cameras or other visual surveillance equipment to observe customers in dressing rooms, fitting rooms, changing rooms, or rest rooms; defines term "merchant"; provides penalties.
