HB 1781: Clerks of Circuit Court

GENERAL BILL by Arnall

Clerks of Circuit Court; provides that Official Records are general series of records; provides that register of said records be made available at branch offices; extends time within which to pay witness or juror; requires successful bidder at tax deed sale to pay specified deposit; provides eligibility for extra compensation to employees of constitutional officers; provides that citation for possession of tobacco by minor must be paid within specified time, etc. Amends FS.
