Victim Assistance & Compensation; provides for assertion of victim's rights as provided by law or State Constitution; prescribes purposes of Crime Victims' Services Office in Legal Affairs Dept.; prescribes eligibility criteria for awards granted under specific provision; allows dept. to award to victim of domestic violence sum of money which victim may use for relocating; authorizes dept. to perform criminal history check on certain victims, etc. Amends Ch. 960.
