Wireless Emergency Telephone Fund; creates Wireless Emergency Telephone System Fund within DMS; provides criteria for fund; provides for use of moneys in fund; requires Auditor General to annually audit fund; requires providers to submit budgets & supporting information to board; requires board to submit legislative budget request to Legislature; requires report. Creates 365.173.
