Felons/Increased Prison Terms; amends provisions re felony reclassification & minimum sentence & other penalties for offenders who committed aggravated battery or committed certain acts involving weapon, firearm, or destructive device during commission of felony; provides that minimum term of imprisonment imposed is authorized by law regardless of maximum sentence that may be imposed for underlying felony, etc. Amends 775.087; reenacts 921.0022(2),.0024(1)(b), 947.146(3)(b).
