Nursing Home Facilities; establishes additional memory disorder clinic; requires State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Office to establish statewide toll-free telephone number; provides certificate-of-need preference for Gold Seal licensees; requires that AHCA implement pilot project for establishing teaching nursing homes; authorizes teaching nursing home to be affiliated with medical school within State University System; creates panel on Medicaid reimbursement, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $9,926,642.
