Property Insurance; excludes risks removed from Fla. Windstorm Underwriting Association from certain insurer information notice requirements; requires rating manual for residential property insurance; clarifies certain immunity from liability for certain persons & entities; revises provisions re exposure reduction through depopulation of Residential Property & Casualty Joint Underwriting Association, etc. Amends Chs. 624, 626, 627.
