Safe & Secure Schools Act; creates said act; creates Safe & Secure Schools Commission for purpose of ensuring safe environment in public schools; requires each district school board to appoint coordinator of district schools security; requires DOE to create uniform incident-reporting system for state; provides for telephone calls to be received anonymously by school safety hotline, etc. Amends 230.2316,.23175,.2318,.23185, 231.087,.17,.24.
