GENERAL BILL by Silver
Drug Formularies; requires State Group Insurance Div. to establish drug formulary & to contract with HMOs for use of formularies & other cost-saving programs; establishes schedule of copayments for nonformulary drugs on state employees' prescription drug program; requires state Medicaid agency to establish drug formulary; authorizes agency to enter into rebate agreements with pharmaceutical manufacturers. Amends 110.12315, 409.906.
