GENERAL BILL by Environmental Protection ; Dockery

Petroleum Contamination Site Rehab.; revises authority & procedures re source removal & site cleanup activities funded from Inland Protection TF; requires DEP to select five sites for restoration funding under innovative technology pilot program; removes repeal of preapproved advanced cleanup program; authorizes dept. to negotiate site rehabilitation agreements at certain sites with new discharges; provides liability protections covered by such agreements, etc. Amends Ch. 376.
