GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy

County Courthouse Facilities; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S914,220) authorizes State Courts Administrator to administer grant program for funding acquisition, renovation or construction of county courthouse facilities; authorizes counties, municipalities, & certain nonprofit corporations to apply for such grants; requires that recipient provide certain matching funds; provides for review panel to review grant applications, for membership of review panel & terms of office, etc.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law
