Insurance & Investments; defines "viatical settlement purchaser," "viatical settlement purchase agreement," & "viatical settlement sales agent"; revises definitions of terms "viatical settlement broker," "viatical settlement contract," "viatical settlement provider," "related provider trust," & "viator"; requires viatical settlement sales agents to be licensed by Insurance Dept.; provides viatical settlement purchase agreement rates are not regulated, etc. Amends Ch. 626.
