GENERAL BILL by Crady ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fiorentino ; Fasano ; Stansel ; Sanderson ; Putnam ; Kelly ; Goode ; Harrington

Weapons & Firearms/Nonresidents; provides that nonresident who is U.S. citizen may carry concealed weapon or firearm in this state if nonresident has attained specified age & holds valid license to carry concealed weapon or firearm issued in another state; provides that nonresident is subject to same laws & restrictions as licensee in Florida; specifies how legal residence is established; provides applicability, etc.
