GENERAL BILL by Silver
Fla. Windstorm Underwriting Asso.; authorizes certain surplus lines insurers to remove & insure policies from Fla. Windstorm Underwriting Association under certain circumstances; revises provisions of said association policies; establishes procedures re agent commissions for policies removed from said association; prohibits insurers from canceling or nonrenewing residential policies without notice, etc. Amends Ch. 627, 626.916; repeals 627.3511(5)(b).
