GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Mitchell
Offenses Against Minors; requires sentencing multiplier to be applied when domestic violence is committed in presence of minor child; provides preferred arrest policy in criminal investigation of child abuse; provides immunity for law enforcement for such arrests. Amends 901.15, 921.0024.
