GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy ; Ethics and Elections ; Ethics and Elections ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Saunders ; Carlton ; Sebesta ; Rossin ; Meek ; Kirkpatrick ; Hargrett ; Latvala

Ethics/Financial Interests; redefines terms "gift" & "liability"; revises reporting requirements for full & public disclosure of financial interests; transfers filing administration from Secretary of State to Ethics Comm.; requires former officers & employees to file final disclosure of financial interests no later than 60 days following departure; authorizes Technology Research & Development Authority to make certain gifts under certain circumstances, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $193,950.
