CS/SB 312: Insurance

GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Lee

Insurance; provides requirements for limited licenses for credit life or disability insurance & credit insurance; establishes Anti-Fraud Reward Program in DOI; provides for rewards under certain circumstances; requires certain HMOs to comply with insurer anti-fraud requirements; defines term "collateral protection insurance"; revises notice requirements for cancellation or nonrenewal of group health insurance policy, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $250,000.
