Fla. Retirement System; revises number of years of creditable service required for member to become eligible for benefits under system; provides for member to receive specified percentage of credit towards vesting each year; amends provision re disability retirement benefits & supplement retirement benefits to revise number of years of creditable service required for eligibility for benefits, etc. Amends Ch. 121.
