Partnership Filings/Dept. of State; defines terms "foreign limited liability partnership" & "limited liability partnership"; provides for partners' liability & for actions for & against partners; provides for purchase of dissociated interests; adopts model act provisions of limited liability partnership act into Revised Uniform Partnership Act of 1995; provides for conditions for exemption from fictitious name registration, etc. Amends Ch. 620, 865.09.
