GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Lee
Civil Actions; provides employer with presumption against negligent hiring under specified conditions in action for civil damages resulting from intentional tort committed by employee; revises conditions under which employer is immune from civil liability for disclosing info. re employee to prospective employer; provides limitations on premises liability for person or organization owning or controlling interest in business premises, etc. Amends Ch. 768.
